Pamela M. Pacetti

Virginia Attorney and Attorney-Mediator

Pamela M. Pacetti devotes her practice exclusively to family law issues and has been representing clients in the Northern Virginia area for 12 years.

Ms. Pacetti received her Juris Doctorate (cum laude) from The Columbus School of Law at Catholic University in 1998. She is experienced in family law, certified by the Supreme Court of Virginia as a Family Law Mediator and has an established Collaborative Practice. 

Ms. Pacetti is a member of the International Alliance of Holistic Attorneys, the Family Law Sections of the Virginia State Bar Association and the Fairfax Bar Association, and the International Academy of Collaborative Professionals.

She serves on the board of the Collaborative Professionals of Northern Virginia and chairs a committee for the Virginia Collaborative Professionals.

Ms. Pacetti offers clients several pathways to resolve family law matters, including the Collaborative process, Family Law Mediation and Settlement Negotiations. She is certified by the Supreme Court of Virginia as a Family Law Mediator and is a leader in Virginia’s growing Collaborative Practice community.
